3600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 3600's services. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all Terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3600 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the 3600 platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and any party accessing platform content via any device or method. Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 3600's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a password. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 3600 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Please contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the 3600 platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity
- Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to access platform systems without authorisation
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through illegitimate means
- Colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance without compensation.
Payments & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 3600 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are available via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
The destination bank account name for withdrawals must match the registered username on 3600. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this verification requirement will be rejected. 3600 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
All deposits credited to an account are non-reversible except under circumstances explicitly approved by 3600 management. Any transaction fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3600 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- Unauthorised third-party account access
- Account closure requested by the user through official support channels
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining deposit balance. 3600's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 3600 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party service disruptions.
3600 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, internet disconnection during active betting, or system errors resulting in incomplete transactions.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made of their own free will, without any pressure from 3600.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 3600 platform, including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 3600 or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3600.
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. Users are permitted to use the platform solely for personal and private entertainment purposes.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
3600 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
